 Exceptional 

The hotel and the surroundings were very nice, relaxed and quiet. Probably due to the Covid 19 circumstances. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The stay was magical. Would love to go back.

Impeccable Customer Service

Property was clean, spacious. The thing that stood out for me the was the receptionist staff. They were absolutely superb! Especially Roman, full credit to Roman! He went out of his way on several occasions, as a small business owner customer service is key for me. You can rest assure you will be delivered the best customer services if you book this hotel!

Brilliant 

Not been for a while but omg this place is so much better than last time. The front of house fantastic. Bar staff fantastic. Rooms have been refurbished fantastic. The manager Kamal is amazing. We were welcomed like old friends even though we hadn’t stayed during his tenure. We used to stay most weekends but our last visit put us off. I’m now more than happy to book here again via Kamal and enjoy our stay. It’s not many places you like to go back to but after about 20 previous stays before the new manager took over we will definitely return. Thank you Kamal for your amazing greeting and you now have returning guests. Once the spa is up and running after covid this place is a gold mine

Fantastic 

Staff were very lovely and helpful, they went particularly out of their ways to help with any needs. One manager In particular, was so lovely he gave my son a fruit shooter, which was not available at the Hotel bar, really went out of his way to get him something suitable, very much appreciated. We had a very comfy nice stay and we defiantly would come back. Only thing we was gutted about, was not having another night booked, as we could not get another night there as they were fully booked. Thank you Westcliff hotel for a fabulous break.

Five star 

Stunning Hotel, loved everything, beautiful rooms, huge comfortable beds, staff very friendly and accommodating, chef made porridge for myself and husband in the morning for breakfast. Location short walk to the beach, we will def be back. Well done Muthu.

Lovely hotel, super friendly staff

I was only staying 1 night, but I had a great stay. The staff were so friendly, the room was spacious and clean. I would happily return.

Great for a overnight stay

Front desk staff were helpful and very Polite . Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all possible amenities such as tea making and the added touch of shortbread biscuit, Our part of the hotel was or may have been recently renovated so was clean and above standard compared to other parts of the hotel. There was no cooked breakfast Due to Covid which is understandable however they did provide a continental type breakfast which was very generous and way exceeded the normal basic items which included fresh tea or coffee , croissant , muffin , shortbread biscuit , yogurt , crisp , sandwich , banana, juice and protein bar and that was a bag per person . The location is quite central and easily accessible to John O groats (only 20 miles ) and other locations .
