While staying at Muthu Clumber Park Hotel in England, a great place to visit is the Clumber Park. Clumber Park in spring is the perfect place to get the family together and start enjoying the most of the brighter weather. Enjoy the ride:-

Enjoy a family bike ride through the stunning scenery and lakeside views. A range of adults and children’s bikes, scooters, bikes with buggies and child seats and helmets are all available to hire from our Cycle Hire Centre or try out a tandem and enjoy miles of beautiful cycle routes through Clumber Park.

Spring walks:

The snowdrops are out, the bluebells are blossoming and the park is a hive of activity for wildlife at this time of the year. Enjoy a gentle stroll with lakeside views or make a day of it and take on one of the many walking trails and enjoy the most of the finer weather at this time of the year.

Holiday Family Sports:

Grab your family and challenge your friends at a range of sports and activities in our activities field! There’s a whole range of sports to choose from, including football, volleyball, and tennis to ensure there’s something for everyone.

Fancy a bite to eat?

Visit the Cafe in the Turning Yard for a variety of meals, snacks, and hot and cold drinks to keep you refreshed and keep hunger at bay.

Our newly refurbished Kiosk in the Laundry Yard is now also open, with freshly brewed coffee and lot of other hot and cold snacks/drinks to choose from.

If you fancy a more formal experience, take a stroll to the Garden Tea House, situated next to the Walled Kitchen Garden. Enjoy a selection of hearty home-cooked dishes or simply sit back, relax with a cup of coffee and slice of cake and take the weight off your feet in the comfortable surroundings.

Discovery Centre and Ranger activities:-

Enjoy the freedom to discover in the big wide open spaces of Clumber Park. Cook on a campfire and build a den with our Rangers team.

Discover Wildlife up close in the Discovery Centre Oak Room, using hand lenses, microscopes and magnifying cameras. Join an outdoor activity discovering new life around our woods, heaths, and water sites.

Tick off some of the 50 things to do before you’re 11 and ¾

Climb a tree, roll down a really big hill, go on a really long bike ride or hang out with the Rangers and take part in den building and cooking on a campfire. How many 50 things can you tick off at Clumber Park?

The first signs of spring are under glass in the Long Range glasshouse. The peach and nectarine trees flower in February and March, before the plants growing outside and before pollinating insects are about. Each flower has to be hand-pollinated, transferring pollen to the stigma with a sable-hair brush to ensure the flower develops into a fruit. Potted bulbs in the Conservatory provide early color, including scented hyacinths, daffodils and tulips. April sees the tulips in the herbaceous borders in the garden coming into bloom and, towards the end of the month, the apple blossom produces a beautiful spectacle in pinks and white.
